Gerry Habir is a cinematographer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In 2013, he was involved in the production of Save Haven, one of the “found-footage segments” in the International Omnibus film called V/H/S 2, written and directed by Gareth Evans (Merantau and The Raid) & Timo Tjahjanto (The Night Comes For Us, Headshot and Killers. He has a new feature coming up called Generasi 90an Melankolia with Visinema Picture.
His passion for visual art extends to other art forms. Back in 2014, he was involved in a multi discipline art exhibition called A Study Of Light at Dia.Lo.Gue, for which he made a short film and an art installation. Most days, he shoots commercials, music videos, series and documentaries.
